Project updates - 

Are you construting a new building but don't have the time to visit each week? Have a drone fly over and see the progress from the comfort of your own sofa at a time most convenient to you. 

Check on crops - 

If you have a farm and would like an easy way to monitor crops weekly or monthly we can fly over your fields to help you make decissions faster while being informed. 

Gathering evidence - 

Insurance will always do anything they can to not pay, so you need to make sure you have any and all evidence you can get, car crash? Get photos from above so you can review later for things such as tyre marks from braking. In most cases the cost can be reclaimed during the settlement. 

Building subsidance? Have a drone take photos of the same area over the course of a week/ month or year to monitor and prove you have been taking action. 

Tree and Building mapping -

If you need some work performed on your property save time by not having 10 appointments to get quotes, have a drone video and send it to the same 10 companies to get estimates back much faster. This also allows you to make an informed decission.

Memories - 

Would you like a video from a view point from a drones angle with a pet or family members, or even a video from above as you launch a ball and your dog goes from 0-60 in persuit of their ball?

Being Creative - 

One client asked for us to be on standby waiting on a text, at the arival of the text we were to fly in as they watched the noise over head. While his partner was distracted our client got down on one knee, ready for her to turn around, It really was a great moment and a wonderful use of a drone. Now they have a unique story and some lovely photos to print out and hang on the wall.

If cause for concern is noted in the video this can be sent to a construction company for advice.

Weddings and Events

£45 per hour plus editing. This is a great support option along with a ground photographer.  Capture the flower bouquet throw from a different angle, maybe caputre a really funny moment.

Flying lessons

£25 for a 30 minute lesson, £45 for 1 hour

FAQ - 

What can I do with my video and/or photos? 

You can use your video in anyway you would like, we will sign all rights over to you, commonly these are used to aid surveyors in seeing if there are any  potential abnormalities or repairs recomended on your property to minimise repair costs and help avoid issues such as Damp, Mould, Rot. 

Real estate adverts, the drones ability to take advantage of higher angles really catches the eye of potential buyers. 

Can we ammend our booking details?

Of course, if you would like to change or add any additional services we will do our best to accomodate, even if you decide when we're at your property. Cancelations are fully reundable upto 24 hours prior to the booking. 

Do I need to be there for the appointment? 

It is recomended that you are avalible however not neccesary, all we require is written permission to be on your land and for take off and landing of our drones. 

How do you comply with GDPR and privacy laws? 

We do our best to not record anyone without their concent, however in the event someone is in the field of view, we will endevour to crop them out while retaining the purpose of the video, should that not be possible we'll blur them out.  

How will I recieve my video? 

There are several options to choose from here, by default we will upload this to our cloud sapce with Microsoft and provide you with a  private download link. This link will be active for 30-60 days, recordings are removed on the 1st of each month and your will be avalible for the enitre next calendar month for download or viewing. 

We can also copy these videos directly to your laptop in most cases. 

Can you offer group bookings? 

Yes, if you and some neighbours or friends locally would like to book in for the same date and time we'll be happy to offer a deal price. Please feel free to get in touch and we can make a package to suit your needs.  

Where do we go to fly during lessons - 

We are able to teach you either at your own home to respect peoples priivacy we may turn off recording or we can head to a local park and take flight. 

If the Pilot is under the age of 16 a parent or guardian maybe required to attend.

Welcome to our remote management section for business.

What we can offer for businesses is a completely hassle free drone team. There are various ways in which this can be achieved but here are some of the packages we can offer.

Package Options - You can select any of these options to suit your needs, if you need anything that isn't listed feel free to get in touch. 

Pilot Training - 

We can train your exisiting team how to operate a drone, from inspecting the phyical unit, to take off and maneuvering obstacles, landing the drone, a walk through of the settings and avoiding very common new pilot errors to avoid crashing. Along with basic maintenance. 

Equiptment Rental - 

Concerned that drones may not work for you business, rent the drone with a security deposit, drone rental can be as little as £1.50 a day per drone. When the drone is returned you'll recieve a full refund on your security deposit. little wear and tear scraches won't be used to deduct money, it happens. 

Subcontracting - 

If you only need a drone every now and again We can subcontract using our drones, either as our company or a member of your team. Once the flight is done we will send you the only copies of the footage.

Legal and Regualtion Assistance- 

We can get your business Operator ID and guide your team into being able to pass the Flyers ID test. Obtaining insurance, gaining approval from the CAA to fly commercially. and providing a pre flight checks list to keep your insurance valid in the event of an accident. 

Equiptment Checks - 

We will come to your office and inspect your drones for you, finding any issues and repairing them, each drone will have an inspection checklist sent to you once the work is compeleted. Any issues that are found will be documented with photographic evidence. 

Equiptment Sourcing - 

There are too many drones to choose from, so many different features. which drone do you need? Which Remote control should you choose? We will source the drone, provide prices with the full kit, this includes carry cases, landing matts, a few spare parts, quick media transfer tools. 

Full remote management - 

Taking care of insurance renewals, Operator ID renewals, sending reminders to your team before their Flyer ID test needs to be renewed. And also with the Equiptment checks included a fully hands off approach, training new staff and providing them with a drone kit on their first day. Either using equiptment sourcing or rental. 

Business Prices - 

Demonstration flight (1 flight per bussiness) -

For demonstration flights within 5 miles from Bandstead, Surrey Or 5 miles West Kingsdown, Kent these are free, however each mile after there will be a charge of £0.50 per mile. A demonstrations flight is limited to one battery 20-30 minutes.  Any recordings or photos during the flight will be sent without any watermarks.

Subcontracting - 

Local prices (as stated above)  will start at £20 for frequent bookings. Or one off flights start at £30.

Regulation and legal assistance - 

£100 for one person and 25% off for each additonal person.

This include help preparing for the theory test, guidance on how where to get your cetification from and if you should use business or personal. Obtaining insurance should you need additonal insurance. 

Pilot Training - 

£45 per hour a typical lesson should be around 90 minutes to cover basic drone maintenance, explaining the controls, safety features and around 45-60 minutes of flight time. 

A Flyer ID is required for this option, this can be bundled with Regulation assistance for an additonal £40

Equiptment sourcing - 

Typically this will be a part of the package you purchase and will encour no extra cost. 

If you would only like assistance in picking a drone the price would be £15 for this service. 

Equiptment checks - 

Regular checks (monthly etc) will be £20 per drone, this will include a check list provided to note any damages if any are spotted with photos. 

One off checks will be charged at £30 per drone.

Equiptment Rental - 

This service is currently being designed, this is still an option so please get in touch with any questions. 

We aim to be able to provide different packages, in most cases the lite drone rental package would be suitable, this would include a small drone (DJI), controller, one battery, carry case and charger, a security deposit is required (Fully refundable) 

The price for this would be set as £35 per month. additonal batteries are avalible for purchase along with charging stations. 

Lite Package -

In this package we will provide you with a small and compact drone, Almost always a DJI Mini 249g quadcopter, controller, cables, one battery, case and landing pad. 

Additional batteries are avalible along with a charging unit for charging three batteries. 

Prices start at £2 per day

Advanced Lite Package - 

This has all the same as the  lite package however the drone will be the pro model, coming with a more advanced camera, object tracking for automated flight and object avoidance. With a more advanced controller.

Additional batteries are avalible along with a charging unit for charging three batteries. 

Prices start at £5 per day

Ulitimate package - 

This package will include a FPV or Mavic quadcopter, each boast amazing image quality with tones of additional features unique to these drones, we can customise this package to your needs. 

Prices start at £12.50 a day

Security Deposit Policy - 

The deposit required will depend on the package chosen and any deal we may agree. We pride ourselves on adapting to our clients, so all packagaes can be made to order.

The deposit will be fully refundable, there will be no charges for minor cosmetic damages, scratches happen. The only time there would be a deduction would be loss of the drone, controller or case. In the event of a crash the repair costs would be deducted, we can perform most repairs inhouse so the cost in most instances would be just parts. 

Small businesses that's no issue, we can offer a reduced secuirty deposit on a used drone, subject to avalibility.
